Swim310 vs other companies

The most important distinction between swim310 and other swim academies is the quality of each instructor. We are a network, not a company. Each instructor is paid directly and is independent. This allows the instructor to keep more and charge less, thus attracting the very best instructors in the area. Those you see on this web site were selected from literally hundreds of applicants, and have remained due to overwhelmingly positive feedback from the families they have given lessons to.

Since we are each independent you are not required to purchase a "block" of lessons. You can try an instructor for one lesson and go from there, taking as many or as few lessons as you wish.

One of the reasons I formed this network was due to the conditions found at swim academies & swim clubs in the area. Lessons are often rushed, there are typically 4 kids per instructor (unless you are willing to pay a huge amount for private lessons), the instructors are often teenagers who make minimum wage, and the pools are often overflowing with an excessive number of kids to maximize profits for the organization. With our network we have remedied each of these conditions, and provide instructors who are great at teaching others to swim in a more private and effective manner.
