Additionally she has taught kids with autism to swim and has a great knack for working with kids with various special needs.

With 6 years at the Hawthorne pool Erika has taught hundreds of students to swim. She has taught classes of 10 and also private lessons with one to three pupils.

Aside from water safety she is available to teach more advanced courses such as diving, advanced stroke refinement, kick turning, and virtually every other aspect of swim instruction.

Helping kids and adults to overcome their fear of the water is another trait she excells at.

Erika's experience is matched by her strong work ethic and her enthusiasm for teaching others to swim. She has a great personality that both kids and adults really enjoy.
